Breaking the monotony, pushing back the tables and chairs to the tune of some funk and blues, roars in a vintage 1959 Citroen H Van, driven by Matt Davey, an unlocked food talent and self-confessed food junkie.
Matt started his Flaming Peaches brand in the spring of 2014, as a street food catering business, now serving at a range of events, from birthdays and barbecues, to social supper evenings and festivals.
The idea of Flaming Peaches came to Matt after a fifteen year journey, after progression through Michelin starred restaurants, the famous Chewton Glenn and a chance to chef for Fish Works (the pioneering fish restaurant owned by Mitch Tonks) to name but a few.
